The services you require are customized to meet the specific needs of each project. Engineering Design / Services include all utility, telecommunication needs, and our capabilities are ever growing with expanded offerings to utility departments in gas, water and sewage.

Field Service Activities
Rural, small community and larger cities - from the Southeast region to the Midwest, West Coast and all points in between, ICON has field teams ready to survey, determine ownership of poles, provide underground cable tracing, follow up with the mapping and permit recommendations your company requires to continue market expansion.
Single and multi-member teams are put in place to provide our in-house team with timely information that is then turned into actionable construction guidance.
Project Management / Turn-key
ICON has created efficiency processes and metrics to keep your project, schedule, and budget on deadline. Our Project Management is tracked daily through personal project management and key software integration.
Turn-key management is available for specialized projects where your staffing is over-committed and professional oversight is required to keep the project moving.
Permitting Authority
ICON's permitting team works across all departments to assure our clients gain access and/or receive permit fees
for the use of their poles. From field to AutoCAD and into the hands of experienced Permit Coordinators,
the team will either recommend or deny permit authority.
When authority is granted, we contact all municipalities and submit for the required permits. Your Project Managers are kept in the loop throughout the process.
Military Budgeted Design
ICON works directly with the military and local utilities to upgrade and monitor the military facilities.
Project management and long-term oversight has proven itself time and again to bring projects in on budget
and within the scheduled deadlines.
Thermal imaging services identify "hot spots" so clients can arrange for repairs PRIOR to failure. Preplanning and processes for follow through make this an invaluable service, and is available for all clients.
